I was moved from Tx to La. Ms.Kara went viewed all the house I was interested in, while video calling me. She was so patient, with the obstacles that we were facing and yes I meant we. She made sure I knew she was on my side the whole time. She kept pushing until I got approved. Even after I got approved she followed up with my prorated rent and realize it was incorrect and that it fixed. She helped me get information on the utilities companies and schools. SHE IS AWESOME.
Kara Ferguson is wonderful! She is looking out for the buyers best interest. I just closed on my first house, something that I never thought was possible because she has the faith the size of a mustard seed.
